The Technical Support (Thailand) position based in Thailand is critical for ensuring the high availability and stability of Coremail’s systems and applications for clients. Responsibilities include providing technical operation and maintenance services, troubleshooting and problem-solving, implementing security measures, assisting clients with defining technical requirements and planning, and offering related training. The role also requires the ability to work in shifts.

Technical Support (Thailand)

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 15,000 to 20,000

Work Location: Thailand

Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical operation and maintenance services to clients to ensure the high availability and stability of systems and applications.
2.Responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving, including diagnostics, fault diagnosis, upgrades, and updates.
3.Implement security measures, including vulnerability patching and security policies, to ensure the security of systems and data.
4.Assist clients in defining technical requirements and planning, provide technical support, recommendations, and related training.
5.Ability to work in shifts.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above with a degree in computer science or a related field and relevant work experience.
2.Basic English communication skills to handle overseas after-sales needs.
3.Proficient in common Linux commands, familiar with the Linux system, with foundational knowledge of networking and understanding of TCP/IP and routing.
4.Familiarity with any of the scripting languages such as Shell, Python, Perl, and any database like Oracle, MySQL.
5.Passionate about computer software and hardware, operating systems, networks, and other technologies, with a strong self-learning ability.
6.Strong sense of responsibility, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good teamwork spirit, and service orientation.

技术支持(泰国)

薪资:月薪15-20K人民币

工作职责:
1.为甲方提供技术运维服务,确保系统和应用程序的高可用性和稳定性;
2.负责系统故障排除和问题解决,包括疑难解答、故障诊断、升级更新等;
3.负责实施安全措施,包括漏洞修补、安全策略,确保系统和数据的安全性;
4.协助甲方客户制定技术需求和规划,提供技术支持和建议及相关培训工作;
5.能够接受轮班制度。

任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,具备计算机相关专业学位和工作经验;
2、具备基本的英文沟通能力,应对海外售后需求;
3、精通Linux常用命令,熟悉linux系统,有一定的网络基础,了解tcp/ip,路由;
4、熟悉Shell/Python/Perl等任一脚本语言和Oracle/MySQL等任一数据库;
5、热爱计算机软硬件、操作系统、网络等技术,具备较强的自我学习能力;
6、责任心强,具有良好的表达、沟通、协作能力,具备良好的团队精神和服务意识。
