The Sales (Thailand & Vietnam) position operates on a remote basis and is essential for expanding Weilong's business in these Southeast Asian markets. This role involves participating in the formulation of overall marketing strategies, guiding the execution of sales activities, tracking expenses for profitability, planning customer layouts, achieving market indicators, managing channel customer feedback, ensuring timely dealer payments, monitoring market developments, maintaining price stability, overseeing safe operations, and coordinating complaint handling in overseas markets. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or above, experience in the food and beverage/quick-consumption industry, proficiency in Thai or Vietnamese, an understanding of local customs and culture, access to local distributor resources, and willingness to be stationed long-term in Thailand or Vietnam.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Luohe City, Henan Province, Weilong's product line covers flavored noodle products, vegetable products, soybean products, and other categories, with key items including large gluten snacks, small gluten snacks, Qianzui Burn (a type of snack), spicy sticks, and konjac delights. The company currently operates five production bases and two R&D centers, with its products sold in over 40 countries and regions worldwide.

Sales (Thailand & Vietnam) - Remote Work

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 15,000 to 25,000 + expatriate allowance

Work Location: Remote work

Responsibilities:
1.Participate in the formulation of overall marketing strategies for Thailand and Vietnam, provide constructive input, and develop marketing plans.
2.Expand business in Thailand and Vietnam, guide and oversee the execution progress of sales activities in each market within the region.
3.Track and analyze various expenses to ensure profitability and cost reasonableness.
4.Plan the customer layout for Thailand and Vietnam and supervise the implementation of business activities within the region.
5.Achieve market indicators for customers and manage market order.
6.Handle feedback from channel customers in the region, establishing a communication mechanism for channel customer management.
7.Follow up on dealer payments to ensure timely and efficient resolution according to the company’s financial policies.
8.Monitor developments in the Thai and Vietnamese markets, the growth of competing brands, and changes in consumer behavior, collecting relevant information and promptly reporting it to senior management.
9.Maintain price stability for products in Thailand and Vietnam, cooperate with relevant departments, educate, guide, penalize or replace non-compliant clients.
10.Oversee safe operations across all marketing and export customs clearance aspects.
11.Coordinate the handling of complaints regarding product quality, customer service, price stability, personnel management, etc., in overseas frontline markets, mitigating and reducing various risks.

Qualifications:
1.Full-time bachelor's degree or above; preference given to those with experience in sales within the food and beverage/quick-consumption industry.
2.Ability to use Thai or Vietnamese as a working language, with a deep understanding of local customs and culture.
3.Possession of local distributor resources or mainstream channel resources in Thailand or Vietnam.
4.Willingness to be stationed long-term in Thailand or Vietnam.

岗位职责:
1.参与制定泰国及越南的整体营销策略,提供建设性意见,并制定营销方案;
2.开拓泰国及越南业务,指导并监督区域各市场销售工作的执行进度;
3.追踪、分析各项费用,保障利润,确保费用合理性
4.规划泰国及越南的客户布局,并监督区域内业务落实执行;
5.达成客户市场指标,并进行市场秩序管理;
6.处理区域内渠道客户反馈的信息,建立渠道客户管理的沟通机制;
7.跟进经销商货款,确保按照公司财务政策及时高效解决;
8.关注泰国及越南市场发展变化、竞争品牌发展、消费者变化,收集相关信息及时反馈至上级领导;
9.维护泰国及越南产品市场价格的稳定性,配合公司相关部门工作,教育、引导、处罚或替换违规客户;
10.统筹各环节的营销、出口报关等方面的安全运营;
11.协调处理海外一线市场有关产品质量、客户服务、价格稳定、人员管理等方面的投诉事件,规避、降低各类风险。

任职资格:
1.全日制本科及以上学历,有过食品饮料/快消及相关行业销售经验优先;
2.泰语或越南语可以作为工作语言,深入了解当地风俗文化;
3.有泰国或越南当地经销商资源或当地主流渠道资源;
4.可以接受常驻泰国或越南;
