The Sales Manager position for Japan operates on a remote basis and is pivotal for driving the development and management of partnerships and system integrators within the Japanese market. This role involves selecting and developing key accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, performing strategic planning and priority setting, creating ROI-driven business models, preparing performance reports, reviewing operational data, analyzing contracts and billing, and managing inventory and sales tracking. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of sales experience in the communications industry, strong communication skills in English and Japanese, and the ability to adapt to frequent business trips.

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 30,000 to 50,000

Responsibilities
1、Responsible for direct development and management of partners and System Integrator. Must also bring expertise in selecting partners and steps to take to further develop the key accounts. And also including Key Account mapping in the country.
2、Responsible for overall customer relationship maintenance and satisfaction with the client. Maintaining a harmonious relationship and visiting the client, if needed.
3、Proven ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for the department including Account Planning, Customer landscape, Financial information, Opportunity and Account Goals (sales & marketing action plan)
4、Create plans and programs based on the ROI driven business models that define Sales and KPIs target for each Key Account
5、Prepares and analyzes performance tools and reports, including data analysis to monitor and improve the project’s performance.
6、Reviews and interprets operational data to assess the need for procedural revisions and enhancements; participates in designing and implementing specific systems to enhance revenue and operating efficiency.
7、Analyzes contracts and billing for accuracy and completeness; submits the billings to the client promptly and follows up on any issues.
8、Review and manage the inventory and sales out tracking and management.

Requirements:
1.Mininum 5 years of sales experience in communications industry and channel of the operator, experience in project sales is preferred;
2. Good communication skills. Can speak English and Japanese as the working language.
3. Bachelor degree or above;
4.Can adapt to frequent business trips.

工作职责:
1.负责直接开发和管理合作伙伴及系统集成商。必须具备选择合作伙伴的专业知识,并能采取步骤进一步发展关键账户,包括在该国的关键账户映射(Key Account mapping)。
2.负责整体客户关系的维护与客户满意度,保持和谐的关系并根据需要拜访客户。
3.证明有能力为部门进行战略规划和优先级设定,包括账户规划、客户概况、财务信息、机会评估和账户目标(销售与市场行动计划)。
4.根据投资回报率驱动的业务模型创建计划和项目,为每个关键账户定义销售和KPI目标。
5.准备和分析绩效工具和报告,包括数据分析以监控和改善项目的性能。

职位要求:
1.至少有5年通信行业和运营商渠道的销售经验,有项目销售经验者优先;
2.良好的沟通技巧,能够使用英语和日语作为工作语言;
3.本科及以上学历;
4.能够适应频繁的商务旅行。
