The Project Sales Manager position for Mongolia operates on a remote basis and is critical for developing and managing partnerships and system integrators within the region. Project Sales Manager(Mongolia)Remote

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 10,000 to 20,000

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the direct development and management of partners and system integrators. Must bring expertise in selecting partners and take steps to further develop key accounts.
2.Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining a harmonious relationship with clients and visiting them as needed.
3.Ability to adapt to the department's strategic planning and priority setting (sales and marketing action plan).
4.Prepares and analyzes performance tools and reports, including data analysis to monitor and improve project/account performance.
5.Analyzes contracts and invoices for accuracy and completeness; promptly submits invoices to clients and follows up on any issues.
6.Reviews and manages inventory as well as sales tracking and management.

Requirements:
1.Graduate of any Business/Management or Engineering course.
2.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a strong external network in government project sales, understanding of the bidding process and procedures. Familiarity with the public safety, oil, mining, and transportation industries is preferred.
3.Preferably has experience in the ICT industry/companies or familiarity with ICT solutions such as narrowband and wideband radio communication, critical communications, command centers, CCTV, and other related solutions.
4.Strong interpersonal skills in maintaining client relationships.
5.Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Mongolian. Fluency in Russian and Chinese is advantageous.
6.Must be an excellent team player and possess a self-motivated working style.
7.Should have a pleasing personality and good moral character.

1.负责直接开发和管理合作伙伴及系统集成商。必须具备选择合作伙伴的专业知识,并能采取步骤进一步发展关键账户。
