Sales Manager/Director (Vietnam)

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 25,000 to 30,000

Responsibilities:
1.Break down the company's annual sales targets and formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for each region.
2.Gain comprehensive knowledge of market changes and competitor situations; develop effective sales plans in response to market dynamics and peer activities.
3.Continuously expand sales channels and customer base (such as snack wholesalers, KA stores, snack chain stores, OEM manufacturers), completing sales targets and plans.
4.Coordinate with the production supply chain to ensure the effective delivery of each batch of orders.
5.Visit clients within the region, promptly handle client issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
6.Adhere strictly to the company’s sales expense management policies and budget.
7.Regularly communicate with sales personnel in the region, provide guidance and skills training to underperforming staff, manage the team effectively to maintain stability.
8.Recruit sales personnel according to market planning and build a sales team.
9.Focus on key cities or regions to create and maintain exemplary markets, continuously enhancing the company’s brand image.
10.Fulfill other tasks assigned by the company.

Qualifications:
1.Associate degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related fields, under 40 years old.
2.Over five years of experience in sales of leisure snacks or food, with annual sales not less than RMB 10 million.
3.Possess mature distributor channel resources, capable of rapidly opening up the market.
4.Quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and business negotiation techniques.
5.Strong coordination skills, able to manage the sales team systematically.
6.High integrity, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, can withstand work pressure and adapt to long-term business trips.
7.Good teamwork spirit, passionate, willing to challenge high salaries.
8.Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

职责描述：
1、根据公司年度销售目标分解并制定各区域的年度、季度及月度销售目标；
2、全面掌握市场的变化和竞争对手情况，针对市场变化及同行情况，制订有效的销售计划；
3、不断开发销售渠道与客户（如零食批发商、KA商场、零食连锁店、OEM代工等），完成销售目标与计划；
4、对接生产供应链，确保客户每批订单有效交付；
