Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for inbound-outbound operations, stock control, and logistics management.
2.Support and resolve any inventory control issues, including pest control and coordination with utility companies.
3.Process email ticket queries in a timely manner and provide relevant feedback to concerned team members.
4.Generate statistical data, including all stock count sheets/reports and information regarding stock query resolutions.
5.Monitor and analyze warehouse data to produce inventory or sales reports/statements.
6.Conduct stock maintenance during inventory counts and report any concerns about stock immediately to the Stock Control Supervisor.
7.Ensure all daily warehouse tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
8.Professionally collaborate with external vendors related to the warehouse, such as pest control companies, utility companies, general contractors, etc.
9.Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the department/warehouse.
10.Provide training and support to colleagues as required by your manager.
11.Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
12.Follow procedures concerning the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role.
13.Actively pursue personal development of skills and knowledge to effectively perform the role.
14.Coordinate with customs brokers for the customs clearance of imported products.

Qualifications:
1.Good computer skills in MS Office and/or databases.
