Purchaser (Vietnam)

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 10,000 to 15,000

Responsibilities:

1.Procurement Execution: Handle the procurement of materials for the Vietnam sample center, including placing orders, following up on materials, confirming deliveries, and reconciling payments.

2.Daily Communication: Maintain and communicate with material suppliers for the 3.Vietnam sample center, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely communication.

4.Order Fulfillment: Manage and resolve any issues during the order fulfillment process, such as delivery problems and quality issues.

5.Project Assistance: Assist with secondary and tertiary supply chain projects, including entering certified material information into the system and supporting the expansion of secondary and tertiary materials.

Qualifications:

1.Proficient in both Vietnamese and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with familiarity with the local working environment in Vietnam.

2.Experience in procurement, with knowledge of furniture products and materials being an advantage.

3.Eager to learn and improve, strong goal orientation, high stability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

工作职责：

1、采购执行：越南打样中心物料的采购，包含：订单下达、物料跟进、交货确认、请款对账；

2、日常沟通：越南打样中心物料供应商的维护、沟通对接、交期管理；

3、订单履行：订单履约过程中的异常处理，例如：交付问题、品质问题处理；

4、项目协助：后期需要协助二三级供应链项目，系统录入认证后的物料信息；协助二三级物料的拓展。

任职要求：

1、越南语及中文听说读写能力较好，熟悉越南当地工作环境；

2、有采购工作经验，了解家具产品、家具类材料更佳；

3、好学上进，目标管理性强，稳定性强，责任心强。
