1、负责管理生产部门的人员，确保工厂的正常运营。
2、根据市场部的要求，制定生产计划并落实执行，确保产品按时交付。
3、协调内外部资源，确保生产过程中的各种资源得到有效利用，保证生产进度和产品质量。
4、优化生产流程，控制生产效率和质量控制。
5、负责工厂安全管理，监控规范操作方法，确保生产现场的安全和清洁。
任职要求：
1、至少5年以上家具工厂厂长统筹管理经验，有泰国地区工作经验优先。
2、精通家具工艺，结构及生产管理。
3、精通精益生产体系与工具。
4、不要求会泰语，会中文即可。

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 20,000 to 25,000

1.Manage the production department personnel to ensure the smooth operation of the factory.
2.Develop and implement production plans based on the requirements of the marketing department to ensure timely delivery of products.
3.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective utilization of various resources during the production process, ensuring production schedules and product quality.
4.Optimize production processes to control production efficiency and quality.
5.Oversee factory safety management, monitor compliance with standard operating procedures, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the production site.
Qualifications:
1.At least 5 years of experience in managing a furniture factory, with preference given to candidates with experience in Thailand.
