Russian Sales Manager (Expatriate) (Russia) - Remote Work

 

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 20,000 to 40,000 + expatriate allowance

 

Work Location: Remote work

Responsibilities:

1.Develop detailed sales plans and achieve sales targets.

2.Collect market information, analyze product demand and competitor conditions in the assigned region or country, and formulate sales strategies.

3.Expand the sales network based on the market characteristics of the assigned region or country, establish long-term and stable cooperation relationships with agents, and implement incentive measures for agents.

4.Identify project opportunities based on the target market conditions of the assigned region or country, and develop project implementation plans.

5.Collaborate with relevant departments to organize roadshows, product promotion events, exhibitions, and dealer meetings as needed.

6.Follow up on accounts receivable according to sales contracts, improve collection rates, and reduce bad debt rates.

 

Qualifications:

1.3-5 years of overseas sales experience, with proficiency in managing overseas projects or channel management.

2.Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, with Russian fluency as a working language.

3.Ability to adapt to long-term overseas assignments or frequent international travel.

岗位职责

  1. 根据销售目标,制定详尽的销售计划并完成销售任务;
  2. 收集市场信息,分析所负责区域或国家的产品需求及竞争对手状况,制定销售策略;
  3. 根据所负责区域或国家的市场特点,扩大销售网络,与代理建立长期稳定的合作关系,并对代理实施激励措施;
  4. 根据所负责区域或国家的目标市场状况,发掘项目机会,制定项目实施计划;
  5. 根据业务需要,与相关部门合作举办路演、产品推广会和展销会、经销商会议等活动;
  6. 根据销售合同催收账款,提高回款率,降低呆账率。

 

任职要求

  1. 有3-5年海外销售工作经验,熟练操作海外项目或渠道管理;
  2. 全日制本科及以上学历,俄语可作为工作语言;
  3. 能够适应长期驻外或经常性境外出差。
