Responsibilities：

1.Receive customers, understand their needs, provide professional advice and suggestions, answer customers' questions about automotive after-sales service

2.Follow up the progress of vehicle maintenance, provide timely feedback to customers on the maintenance situation, and provide reliable time and cost estimation.

3.Handle customers' after-sales problems, actively seek solutions and respond in a timely manner, and assist the deputy shop manager to complete the general customer complaint handling

4.Establish good relationship with customers, maintain effective communication, resolve customer concerns, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

5.Collect customer feedback, report problems and improvement suggestions to management in a timely manner, and continuously improve the quality of after-sales service.

6.According to the requirements of the shop manager, regularly complete the daily operation and management of all kinds of daily information submission

7.Assist maintenance experts to complete the whole process of service to the user

Requirements:

1.Good communication skills, enough to communicate effectively with customers and understand them.

2.Ability to deal with customer complaints and provide suggestions for service experience enhancement in a user-oriented manner

3.Strong language expression, communication skills, and teamwork ability.

4.Chinese is preferred as working language

5.5 years of automotive after-sales experience, including 2 years of service advisor experience and maintenance experience - Familiar with the vehicle maintenance process, with general knowledge of vehicle diagnosis and repair or direct repair experience

6.Possess a light vehicle driving licence and be a skilled driver.

7.Proficient in using Office software, have certain computer skills, and have strong data analysis and report production ability.
