Warehouse Management (U.S.)

Salary: 20 to 25 USD per hour

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for receiving and verifying the quantity, specifications, and quality of incoming goods to ensure they match the purchase order or inbound notification.

2.Arrange the storage location of goods to ensure that they are stored according to the specified location and number, facilitating search and management.

3.Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory data, promptly identify and address inventory discrepancies.

4.Monitor inventory levels, formulate reasonable replenishment plans based on sales forecasts and inventory turnover rates to avoid stock accumulation or shortages.

5.Prepare outbound goods according to order information, ensuring that the quantity, specifications, and quality of goods meet the requirements of the order.

6.Arrange the packing, labeling, and shipping of goods, ensuring that goods are delivered accurately and timely to customers.

7.Maintain and update the warehouse management system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of system data.

8.Utilize the warehouse management system for inventory monitoring, order processing, and data analysis to improve the informatization level of warehouse operation management.

9.Maintain close communication with dispatch, domestic operations, and other departments to ensure timely information transmission and sharing.

10.Maintain contact with external partners such as suppliers, and promptly resolve  issues related to goods supply and delivery.

11.Communicate with customers to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

12.Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements:

1.More than 2 years of work experience, preference given to those with warehouse work experience;

2.Bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English, proficiency in office software and logistics system operations.

3.Possess problem-solving capabilities, strong coordination and communication skills.
