Sales Manager (Malaysia) - Remote Work

Salary: Monthly salary 10,000 to 12,000 MYR

Work Location: Remote Work

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and acquire new business in the catering industry to ensure business growth and build a pipeline of potential clients.

2.Collaborate closely with other third-party logistics companies in the logistics field to determine if they can provide comprehensive solutions for clients or end-users.

3.Proactively work with internal business partners to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

4.Implement specific projects and development plans within the company's regional scope.

5.Collaborate across the organization; work with the operations team and stay updated on industry and market knowledge.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in logistics management, supply chain, or related fields.

2.At least 3 years of experience in contract logistics within the logistics industry.

3.Relevant background and resources in overseas trade, fast food, restaurants, catering, premium supermarkets, and the food industry, or experience in key accounts (KA) in the logistics sector.

4.Accumulated experience in managing a certain number of logistics warehousing and distribution projects.

5.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6.Strong verbal communication abilities.

7.Proficient in using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

工作职责:

1、在餐饮行业开发并获得新业务,以确保业务增长并建立潜在客户资源;

2、与物流领域的其他第三方物流公司密切合作,以确定是否能够为客户或最终用户提供整体解决方案;

3、通过积极主动地与内部业务合作伙伴密切合作,解决客户问题,确保客户满意度;

4、在公司区域范围内开展具体项目和发展计划;

5、在整个组织内协同工作;与运营团队合作,并及时了解行业和市场知识。

岗位要求:

1、本科或以上学历,物流管理、供应链相关专业优先;

2、3年物流相关合同物流工作经验;

3、在海外贸易,快餐、餐厅、餐饮、高端超市和食品行业或物流领域的有相关背景和资源或在物流行业有相关的KA

4、一定量的物流仓配项目营运经验的积累;

5、优秀的沟通和谈判技巧;

6、出色的口头表达能力;

7、熟练使用MS Office Word、Excel、PowerPoint等。
