Supply Chain Specialist (USA)

Salary：Annual Salary: 90,000-10,000 USD

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for arranging the entire process from cargo departure to customer delivery, including but not limited to coordinating with Chinese colleagues for inventory and shipment, signing agreements with freight forwarders for cross-border logistics, handling customs clearance and working with U.S. CBP for inspection and release, signing contracts with warehouses for localized storage, and communicating with customers for pick-up.

2.Communicate, pursue claims, and improve any loss-generating links in the supply chain, and conduct data statistics and analysis for related supply chain links.

3.Evaluate and control the cost and efficiency of the entire supply chain process, including but not limited to calculating the quantity, time, price, and inventory turnover rate of departing goods, and the supply chain costs. Propose reasonable suggestions for continuous optimization and produce corresponding evaluation reports.

 Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher.

2.Understanding of international trade processes and supply chain processes.

3.Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.

4.Diligent, logical, and strong communication skills.

5.At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

岗位职责：

1.负责从货物离港到完成客户交付环节的安排，包括但不限于与中国同事协商备货发货/与货代签署协议安排跨境物流/办理货物清关并与美国CBP海关协调查验和放货/与仓储签约完成货物的属地化仓储/与客户沟通提货等环节的工作

2.对供应链环节出现损失的环节进行沟通、追索、改善，并对供应链相关环节做好数据统计和分析。

3.对供应链全流程的成本和效率进行评估与管控，包括但不限于对离港货物的数量，时间，价格，库存的周转率，供应链成本进行测算，并提出合理化建议，进行持续性优化，并输出相应的评估报告；
