岗位要求:
1.负责配合办理公司公文和相关文件,展厅办公室搭建装修;
2.负责物业管理资产管理,办公室和展厅的日常管理,及来访来电的对应;
3.制定行政计划,管控预算方案并执行,负责日常行政事务和与总部的配合;
4.负责与总公司和外部机构的财务税务人事对接,人员招聘,员工报销等;
5.负责进口和清关等手续,负责合同文档的处理;
6.对展会和内部会议等的支持,销售素材的配合,中日文翻译支持;
7.完成安排组织活动及上级交给的其他事务性工作。 行政&沟通能力
岗位职责:
1.本科学历,至少2年及以上行政及人事相关工作经验,目前在日本本地工作经验;
2.行政及人事相关工作岗位经验者;熟悉日本文化,商务接待;
3.踏实稳重,认真细心,学习能力强;
4.具备较强的服务意识和亲和力,不断自我迭代、优化的意识;
5.能够独立思考,具有良好的沟通协调能力,有高效处理事务的能力;
6.有过新公司装修经验/业务助理优先考虑;
7.中文+日文可以作为工作语言。

Salary: 300,000 - 400,000 yen per month
Work Location: Tokyo, Japan

Requirements:
1.Responsible for assisting in handling company documents and related files, as well as the setup and decoration of exhibition halls and offices.
2.Responsible for property management, asset management, daily management of offices and exhibition halls, and handling incoming calls and visitors.
3.Develop administrative plans, control budget proposals, and execute them; responsible for daily administrative affairs and coordination with headquarters.
4.Responsible for financial, tax, and personnel communication with headquarters and external institutions, recruitment, employee reimbursement, etc.
5.Responsible for import and customs clearance procedures, as well as handling contract documents.
6.Provide support for exhibitions and internal meetings, assist in sales materials, and provide Chinese-Japanese translation support.
7.Organize events as arranged and complete other transactional tasks assigned by superiors. - Administrative & Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
1.Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant administrative and HR experience, currently working in Japan.
2.Experience in administrative and HR-related positions; familiar with Japanese culture and business reception.
3.Steadfast, meticulous, and strong learning ability.
4.Possess strong service awareness and affinity, with a mindset of continuous self-improvement and optimization.
5.Able to think independently, possess good communication and coordination skills, and have the ability to efficiently handle affairs.
6.Priority will be given to candidates with experience in new company decoration or as business assistants.
7.Both Chinese and Japanese can be used as working languages.
