岗位要求:
1、负责承接公司战略,负责公司国际化战略布局和实施,布局海外项目,达成战略目标和销售目标;
2、负责创造海外客户资源、推进公司传统产业走出去、并创新海外新业务模式,实现最终业务落地;
3、建立、健全国际进出口网络体系,拓展海外市场和客户资源,并保持与海外客户的密切合作;
4、建立健全公司在海外业务的贸易渠道,并于当地的经销商、分销、贸易渠道建立紧密联系和合作;
5、推进集团全球化转型升级,同时树立集团在全球化的品牌形象并和海外政府、当地企业及其它相关组织建立良好关系;
6、负责公司国际客户的接待及项目的谈判以及国际展会的筹办、推广等事宜。
岗位职责:
1、在海外重点市场如中东、欧洲、拉美、东南亚等市场实战过、有一线打仗经验,熟悉海外消费型电子产品市场布局、发展;
2、熟悉国际化消费型电子产品业务布局,有布局海外项目成功经验;
3、有全球操盘经验,擅长全球业务规划、资源整合、市场开拓、团队建设和管理;
4、有全面的经营意识,有从0-1的成功经验,或经营分公司、事业部盈利的;
5、有强大的厂商资源,可链接厂商高管;有强大的全球渠道和客户资源,布局和进一步深化海外事业部在全球的资源网。

Overseas Sales (Russia/Brazil/Kenya/Germany/Dubai/Riyadh) - Remote Work
Salary: RMB 30,000-50,000 per month + RMB 250 per day overseas allowance

Requirements:
1.Responsible for carrying out the company's strategy, implementing the company's international strategic layout, arranging overseas projects, and achieving strategic and sales targets;
2.Responsible for creating overseas customer resources, promoting the company's traditional industries to go global, and innovating new overseas business models to achieve final business implementation;
3.Establishing and improving the international import and export network system, expanding overseas markets and customer resources, and maintaining close cooperation with overseas customers;
4.Establishing and improving the company's trade channels for overseas business and establishing close ties and cooperation with local dealers, distributors, and trade channels;
5.Promoting the group's globalization transformation and upgrading, while establishing the group's brand image on a global scale and establishing good relationships with overseas governments, local enterprises, and other relevant organizations;
6.Responsible for receiving international clients, negotiating projects, organizing and promoting international exhibitions, and other matters.
Responsibilities:
1.Have practical experience in key overseas markets such as the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia; familiar with the layout and development of overseas consumer electronics markets;
2.Familiar with the international layout of consumer electronics businesses and have successful experience in arranging overseas projects;
3.Have global operation experience, excel at global business planning, resource integration, market development, team building, and management;
4.Have a comprehensive business mindset, have experience in building something from scratch to success, or managing profitable branches or business units;
5.Have strong vendor resources and can connect with senior executives of vendors; possess extensive global channels and customer resources to arrange and further deepen the global resource network of overseas business units.
