项目经理（匈牙利）

岗位职责：

1.五年以上新能源汽车金属结构件、光伏、储能结构件研发或项目管理经验，熟悉铝合金压焊接工艺、铝型材CNC数控加工、电池包托盘、壳体工艺流程。

2.负责与客户做好项目前期协调，需求确认；根据客户技术要求，制定项目开发计划；

3.组织召开项目启动会议，成立APQP小组；对铝合金焊接与铝型材加工工艺精通。

4.项目进度管理。定期召开项目开发进度会议；并定期向上级主管提交项目进度报告;

5.负责与设计研发、工艺、生产及采购等部门的对接，解决项目设计、试生产制造过程中的问题；

6.组织召开项目的验收，结项等， 组织解决项目中的问题和风险。

任职要求：

1.五年以上新能源汽车电池包托盘壳体生产经营，铝型材数控精加工、CNC数控、铝合金焊接、金属结构件制造业工作经验，五年以上涉外项目管理工作经验，熟悉TS16949体系；

2.熟悉APQP文件及编制要求；

3.有实际完成量产项目跟进经验；

4.熟悉新能源汽车主机厂或名汽一级供应商流程；

5.抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通和协调能力.

6.英语六级（可做工作语言）；

Project Manager (Hungary)

Salary :RMB 30,000 - 40,000 per month

Responsibilities:

1.Five years or more of experience in R&D or project management for metal structures in new energy vehicles, photovoltaic, and energy storage systems. Familiar with aluminum alloy welding, aluminum profile CNC machining, and battery pack tray and shell processes.

2.Coordinate with clients during the initial stages of projects to confirm requirements and develop project development plans based on client technical specifications.

3.Organize project kick-off meetings and establish APQP teams. Proficient in aluminum alloy welding and aluminum profile processing.

4.Manage project progress. Regularly hold project development progress meetings and submit project progress reports to senior management.

5.Coordinate with design, R&D, production, and procurement departments to resolve issues during project design and trial production.

6.Organize project acceptance and closure meetings, and address issues and risks within the project.

Requirements:

1.Five years or more of experience in the production and operation of new energy vehicle battery pack trays and shells, aluminum profile CNC precision machining, CNC machining, aluminum alloy welding, and metal structural components. Five years or more of international project management experience, familiar with the TS16949 system.

2.Familiar with APQP documentation and compilation requirements.

3.Practical experience in following up on mass production projects.

4.Familiar with the processes of new energy vehicle OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

5.Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle high-pressure environments.

6.English proficiency (CET-6 or higher, capable of using English as a working language).
