岗位职责:
1.为组织提供领导和战略方向,包括所有财务和运营系统,并监督年度业务计划的制定和实现。
2.负责制定支持组织目标的短期和长期计划及项目。
3.为工厂提供战略方向,并监督年度业务计划的制定和实现。
4.提供领导和方向,建立和维护一个具有竞争力、盈利性和成长性的组织。
5.培养一种理解持续改进和减少浪费的文化,利用精益制造概念减少变异,建立强大的、规范的流程。组建跨职能团队解决业务问题。
6.领导制定和实现组织设定的关键财务、营运资金、销售、利润和运营目标。
7.制定和实施基于客户产品性能数据和信息的业务和营销策略,实现持续、盈利的业务增长。
8.维护有效的供应链,保持客户满意度和营运资金的合理水平。
9.吸引、培养和保留顶尖的、充满活力和创造力的人才,以维持一个盈利且具有竞争力的组织。
10.监督新制造/办公设施的建设,并开发适当的组织和业务系统。
岗位要求:
1.成功的候选人应具备至少10-15年的运营管理经验,其中至少5年为涵盖多个领域的综合管理经验,包括运营、财务、产品开发、行政和人力资源。
2.这些经验应包括与焊接、压铸、塑料注射或相关结构部件相关的生产和工艺知识。
3.成功的候选人应熟悉汽车零部件行业的运营,了解关键电动汽车制造商在质量保证、项目管理、采购、工程和物流方面的要求。
4.熟悉精益制造、精益理念和/或六西格玛方法,并具备运行精益操作和不断改进运营的能力。
5.成功的候选人应具备扎实的财务知识,了解关键财务报告、分析和战略规划。
6.应具备强烈的人才选拔和培养意识,选择和培养能够“创造差异”的人才。
7.本职位要求具备流利的英语书面和口头表达能力。
8.成功的候选人应熟悉墨西哥的法律法规。
9.拥有流利的西班牙语技能和在墨西哥的丰富工作经验者优先。

General Manager (Mexico)
Salary :RMB 60,000 - 80,000 per month

Responsibilities:
1.He/she will provide leadership and strategic direction to the organization including all financial, and operating systems and oversee the development and achievement of an annual business plan.
2.He/she will be responsible for developing short and long-range plans and programs that support organizational objectives.
3.Provide strategic direction and oversee the development and achievement of an annual business plan for the plant.
4.Provide leadership and direction to establish and maintain a competitive, profitable, growing organization.
5.Foster a culture that understands the need for continuous improvement and waste reduction and uses lean manufacturing concepts to reduce variation; and build robust, disciplined processes throughout the operation. Develop cross functional teams to solve business issues.
6.Lead the development and attainment of key financial, working capital, sales, profit, and operating targets established for the organization.
7.Develop and implement business and marketing strategies to achieve consistent, profitable business growth based on data and information from customer’s product performance.
8.Maintain effective supply chain to maintain acceptable levels of customer satisfaction and working capital.
9.Attract, develop and retain top energetic and creative personnel to sustain a profitable competitive organization.
10.Oversee of the construction of the new manufacturing/office facility and development of appropriate organizational and business systems.
Requirements:
1.The successful candidate for this position will have 10 – 15 years minimum operations management experience with five years of general management experience covering multiple disciplines, including operations, finance, product development, administration, and human resources.
2.This experience would include production and process regarding welding, die-casting, plastic injection or relative structural parts.
3.The successful candidate will be familiar with automotive parts industry operations, well knowing the requirements of key EV makers, regarding QA, PM, PUR, engineering, logistics...
4.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, lean concepts, and/or Six Sigma methodologies and the ability to run a lean operation and make continual improvement to the operations.
5.The successful candidate will be financially solid and understand key financial reporting, analysis and strategic planning.
6.He/she will have strong understanding of the importance of selecting and developing high level talent – people who are “difference makers.”
7.Fluency in English as well as written and oral presentation abilities is required for this position.
8.The successful candidate will be familiar with laws and regulations of Mexico.
9.Fluent Spanish skill and solid work experience in Mexico are preferred.
