岗位职责：
1.负责新项目CNC机加工艺、工装治具、自动化设计、评审与验证，达到转量产的目标；
2.主导工装治具验收；负责量产品的机加工艺进行优化与持续改善
3.统筹车间生产计划落实与产品交付，严抓品质不良，提升产能效率，、
4.负责车间需求持续改进汽车行业铝合金焊接和铝型材CNC数控加工产品质量；
5.负责车间新能源汽车电池包托盘壳体焊接和CNC精加工技术标准转化；
6.负责新产品、新工艺的技术评估及转化；电池包托盘与壳体结构件、压铸铝型材重大质量问题改进工作
7.负责新能源车型结构件、电池包型材、铝型材产品开发投产相关技术工作；
8.负责生产现场涉及新能源汽车产品结构件的技术支持工作；
9.负责新，负责新能源汽车结构件设计变更管理；制试工艺和量产管理；

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，新能源汽车三电类（或同类产品）压铸产品机加工艺经理2年以上工作经验。
2.精通铝合金和铝型材件各加工工艺（包含CNC数控精加工、表面处理、搅拌摩擦焊接、清洗、气密测试、校形、自动化线）
3.有200人 以上团队管理经验。
4.有海外工作经验，英语可做工作语言。

Production Director (Mexico)

Salary :RMB 40,000 - 60,000 per month

Responsibilities 🛠
1.Responsible for the CNC machining processes, tooling, and automation design, review, and validation of new projects to  achieve mass production goals.
2.Lead the acceptance of tooling and fixtures; optimize and continuously improve the machining processes for mass-produced products.
3.Oversee the implementation of workshop production plans and product delivery, strictly control quality issues, and enhance production efficiency.
4.Continuously improve the quality of automotive aluminum alloy welding and aluminum profile CNC machining in the workshop.
5.Convert technical standards for welding and CNC precision machining of new energy vehicle battery pack trays and shells in the workshop.
6.Conduct technical assessments and conversions for new products and processes; address major quality issues in battery pack trays and shell structural components, and die-cast aluminum profiles.
7.Oversee the technical work related to the development and production launch of new energy vehicle structural components, battery pack profiles, and aluminum profiles.
8.Provide technical support for new energy vehicle structural components in the production area.
9.Manage design changes for new energy vehicle structural components, develop trial processes, and manage mass production.

Requirements
1.Associate degree or higher, with over 2 years of experience as a manager in CNC machining processes for new energy vehicle components (or similar products) and die-cast products.
2.Proficient in various processing technologies for aluminum alloys and aluminum profiles, including CNC precision machining, surface treatment, friction stir welding, cleaning, air-tightness testing, reshaping, and automated lines.
3.Experience in managing teams of over 200 people.
4.Overseas work experience, with English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
