职位描述:

1.五年以上新能源汽车金属结构件、光伏、储能结构件研发或项目管理经验，熟悉铝合金压焊接工艺、铝型材CNC数控加工、电池包托盘、壳体工艺流程。

2.负责与客户做好项目前期协调，需求确认；根据客户技术要求，制定项目开发计划；

3.组织召开项目启动会议，成立APQP小组；对铝合金焊接与铝型材加工工艺精通。

4.项目进度管理。定期召开项目开发进度会议；并定期向上级主管提交项目进度报告;

5.负责与设计研发、工艺、生产及采购等部门的对接，解决项目设计、试生产制造过程中的问题；

6.组织召开项目的验收，结项等， 组织解决项目中的问题和风险。

任职要求：

1.五年以上新能源汽车电池包托盘壳体生产经营，铝型材数控精加工、CNC数控、铝合金焊接、注塑结构件制造业工作经验，五年以上涉外项目管理工作经验，熟悉TS16949体系；

2.熟悉APQP文件及编制要求；

3.有实际完成量产项目跟进经验；

4.熟悉新能源汽车主机厂或名汽一级供应商流程；

5.抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通和协调能力.

6.英语六级（可做工作语言）；会西班牙优先录用。

Project Manager (Mexico)

Job Description

1.Five or more years of experience in R&D or project management of metal structures for new energy vehicles, photovoltaic, and energy storage components. Familiar with aluminum alloy welding processes, CNC machining of aluminum profiles, battery pack trays, and shell manufacturing processes.

2.Responsible for coordinating with clients during the early stages of the project, confirming requirements, and developing project development plans based on client technical specifications.

3.Organize project kick-off meetings and establish APQP teams. Proficient in aluminum alloy welding and aluminum profile processing technologies.

4.Manage project progress. Regularly hold project development progress meetings and submit project progress reports to senior management on a regular basis.

5.Coordinate with design, R&D, process, production, and procurement departments to resolve issues in the project design and trial production manufacturing processes.

6.Organize project acceptance and closure meetings, and address issues and risks within the project.

Requirements

1.Five or more years of experience in the production and operation of new energy vehicle battery pack trays and shells, CNC precision machining of aluminum profiles, CNC machining, aluminum alloy welding, and injection molding structural components. Five or more years of experience in international project management, familiar with the TS16949 system.

2.Familiar with APQP documentation and compilation requirements.

3.Practical experience in following up on mass production projects.

4.Familiar with the processes of new energy vehicle OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

5.Strong ability to handle pressure, excellent communication and coordination skills.

6.English proficiency at the CET-6 level (can be used as a working language); fluency in Spanish is preferred.
