海外市场经理(墨西哥)
薪资: RMB 4万(国内工资+国外补贴)/月

职位职责:
1.向直接上级提交工作计划与工作总结并定期进行口头/书面工作汇报;
2.安排并指导下属工作,及时指出日常工作中存在问题及纠正措施:
3.承接公司指定的客户后期项目管理,订单管理,出货,收款等工作;
4.作为桥梁引导客户同内部技术、品质、生产.模具等部门进行沟通:
5.作为客户的代表,组织公司内部各个部门进行客户接待等工作,提升客户满意度;
6.组织公司各个部门参与客户审核工作,达成审核目标;
7.每月定时定时传递客户需求信息给计划部门并把计划交期传递客户,并随时修正;
8.作为客户代表,定期和客户进行订单评审,报价单制作,数字审核,以及相关数字工作等。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,国际贸易、机械工程相关专业优先,英语四级+(说写流利)+西班牙语交流
2、三年以上在电池包托盘壳体和逆储箱体行业有人脉和专业知识积累,(硬性要求):
3、熟知海外欧美市场拓展的渠道与技巧,懂得收集与展会资源的运用,懂国际贸易商务条款及运作;
4、能独立开拓新客户,具有谈判意识,善于与人交际,可适应出差作业(国内OR国外),对于项目管理及全流程有一定认知;

The company's business covers precision die-casting, precision injection molding, profile processing, and metal stamping technology, providing a wide range of one-stop precision structural component products.
Overseas Market Manager (Mexico)
Salary : RMB 40,000 (Domestic Salary + Overseas Allowance) per month
Work Location: Mexico

Responsibilities
1.Submit work plans and summaries to direct superiors and provide regular oral/written work reports.
2.Arrange and guide subordinates' work, promptly identify issues in daily operations, and implement corrective measures.
3.Manage post-project management, order management, shipping, and collections for designated clients.
4.Act as a bridge to facilitate communication between clients and internal technical, quality, production, and mold departments.
5.Represent clients in organizing internal company departments for client接待 (reception) and other activities to enhance client satisfaction.
6.Coordinate various departments to participate in client audits and achieve audit goals.
7.Regularly communicate client demand information to the planning department and relay production schedules to clients, making adjustments as needed.
8.Regularly conduct order reviews with clients, prepare quotations, perform numerical reviews, and handle related numerical tasks.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in International Trade or Mechanical Engineering. Fluent in written and spoken English (CET-4+) and conversational Spanish.
2.At least three years of experience in the battery pack tray, enclosure, and inverter housing industry, with established contacts and professional knowledge (mandatory requirement).
3.Familiar with overseas market expansion channels and techniques in Europe and America, skilled in collecting and utilizing exhibition resources, and knowledgeable about international trade business terms and operations.
4.Capable of independently developing new clients, possessing negotiation skills, and adept at interpersonal communication. Able to adapt to travel assignments (domestic or overseas) and has a good understanding of project management and the entire process.
