岗位职责：

1、根据行业标准、通用标准，结合客户应用场景等拟制整机测试规范、方法和相关模板，制定测试大纲，测试规范；

2、拟制产品系统测试方案、功能测试、现场应用模拟测试、整机性能指标测试、功能测试、现场应用模拟测试、单一故障注入测试等；

3、负责对研发部提出的材料物性和硬性需要验证时制定测试方案并跟踪测试与验证；

4、制定测试时间计划及管控测试进度，准确的定位并跟踪测试问题点，及时与研发部负责人沟通测试问题，提交测试并推动测试问题及时合理地解决；

5、主导验证测试报告编写，测试问题记录，评审，参与研发测试报告评审。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，电力电子、电气工程、自动化、应用电子类相关专业；

2、具有两年以上电池包托盘、壳体、光伏逆变器相关产品的测试工作经验，掌握铝合金焊接、铝型材CNC数控加工基础知识；

3、积极主动，态度端正，善于独立思考和解决问题，较好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神及创新精神。

Test Supervisor (Mexico)

Salary Range: RMB 16,000 - 20,000 per month·13th Month Salary

Responsibilities:

1.Develop comprehensive testing specifications, methods, and templates based on industry standards, general standards, and customer application scenarios. Formulate test outlines and testing norms.

2.Draft system test plans for product functionality, on-site application simulation, overall performance metrics, functional testing, and single-point failure injection testing.

3.Develop and track testing and validation plans when the R&D department needs to verify material properties and hardware requirements.

4.Create testing schedules and manage testing progress. Accurately identify and track testing issues, communicate test problems with R&D department heads in a timely manner, submit test reports, and ensure that test issues are resolved promptly and appropriately.

5.Lead the preparation of validation test reports, record testing issues, review them, and participate in the review of R&D test reports.

Requirements:

1.Associate degree or higher in electrical engineering, power electronics, automation, applied electronics, or related fields.

2.At least two years of testing experience in battery pack trays, enclosures, photovoltaic inverters, and related products. Knowledge of aluminum alloy welding and CNC machining of aluminum profiles is required.

3.Proactive, positive attitude, strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork and innovation.
