岗位职责

1、负责马来西亚基地的社招、校招招职位的招聘、甄选、面试、背调及入职跟进工作;

2、招聘渠道的优化和拓展,主流招聘渠道深耕,新兴或行业特殊招聘渠道的拓展;

3、负责招聘运营工作,洞察行业信息,行业人脉积累以及信息数据的分析和呈现。

 职位要求:

1、本科及以上学历,招聘相关工作经验2年以上;

2、具备优秀的人才挖猎能力和行业洞察能力;

3、目标感强,良好的团队合作精神;

4、中英文流利;

5、可在中国及海外两地工作。

Recruitment Supervisor / HRBP (Malaysia)

Salary Range: CNY 10,000 - 20,000 per month

Work Location: Malaysia

Gender: Unrestricted (Note: This position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender.)

Responsibilities:

1.Manage the recruitment, screening, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding processes for both social and campus hiring at the Malaysia base.

2.Optimize and expand recruitment channels, focusing on mainstream channels and exploring new or industry-specific recruitment methods.

3.Oversee recruitment operations, gather industry insights, build industry networks, and analyze and present recruitment data.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment-related roles.

2.Excellent talent sourcing and industry insight capabilities.

3.Strong goal orientation and a collaborative team spirit.

4.Fluent in both Chinese and English.

5.Ability to work in both China and overseas locations.
