工作职责:
1、了解当地市场用窗习惯与门窗标准规范,进行市场调研,负责所在市场分析与规划;
2、负责在当地市场进行招商,建立经销商网络
3、拓展营销渠道,负责营销活动策划落地,助力森鹰品牌传播;
4、项目信息收集与跟进,挖掘目标客户,完成销售任务;
5、处理客诉问题。
岗位要求:
1.要求本科及以上学历。
2.精通英语或者日语是必备条件,包括流利的口语交流、准确的书面表达以及商务语言的运用能力。
3.从事过与当地建材行业、房屋建造相关的业务拓展、销售、市场营销等工作,熟悉所在国家的商业文化和市场规则。具有跨文化工作的经历,能够适应并融合不同文化背景的工作环境。
4.对建材行业有深入的了解,熟悉门窗行业的发展趋势、竞争态势以及技术创新等方面的情况。
5.定居在当地生活5年以上,对所在区域的文化、习俗、礼仪有充分的了解和尊重,能够在工作中避免文化冲突,建立良好的合作关系。
6.具备敏锐的市场洞察力,能够及时捕捉当地市场的变化和商机。
7.拥有出色的沟通和协调能力,能够与本土客户、合作伙伴、政府机构等进行有效的沟通和合作。

Overseas Market Manager (USA Remote Work)
Salary Range: 10,000−15,000 USD per month
Work Location: New York / Boston / Washington D.C. / Los Angeles / Seattle / San Francisco / San Jose / Chicago

Responsibilities:
1.Understand local window usage habits and window and door standards, conduct market research, and be responsible for market analysis and planning in the assigned region.
2.Recruit dealers and establish a dealer network in the local market.
3.Expand marketing channels, plan and implement marketing activities to promote the sayyas brand.
4.Collect and follow up on project information, identify target customers, and complete sales targets.
5.Handle customer complaints.
Requirements:
1.A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
2.Proficiency in English or Japanese is essential, including fluent oral communication, accurate written expression, and the ability to use business language effectively.
3.Experience in business development, sales, or marketing related to the local construction materials industry or house building is required. Familiarity with the commercial culture and market rules of the country is essential. Cross-cultural work experience is preferred, with the ability to adapt and integrate into different cultural work environments.
4.In-depth knowledge of the construction materials industry, particularly the window and door sector, including trends, competitive landscape, and technological innovations.
5.Residency in the local area for at least 5 years, with a deep understanding and respect for the local culture, customs, and etiquette. Ability to avoid cultural conflicts and build strong relationships in the workplace.
6.Strong market insight, capable of promptly identifying changes and opportunities in the local market.
7.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with local clients, partners, and government agencies.
8.Ability to quickly analyze complex market issues and challenges and propose effective solutions.
9.Global vision and mindset, capable of combining local market experiences with global business strategies.
10.Based in the target market region, with occasional travel to China. Possess a certain level of business connections and resources in the local area to facilitate rapid business development.
