Job description

1. According to the company's development strategy, formulate the company's human resources plan and promote its implementation;

2. Combined with the needs of employee development, promote the company to carry out the construction of employee learning and development system;

3. Responsible for the management and implementation of the company's cadres, including the training, appointment, and reserve of cadres;

4. Responsible for the design and implementation of salary and performance plans;

Job requirements

1. Full-time undergraduate or above, more than two years of human resources management experience;
