HRBP Manager (USA)
Salary: 120-150k USD (annual salary)
Location: Dallas, USA: 4225 Wingren Drive, Suite 214, Irving, Texas 75062
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the work related to human resources of overseas companies, responding to the business management needs of the business department in charge, building/optimizing human resource management norms and optimizing relevant systems and processes;
2, in-depth understanding of business conditions, insight into business pain points, planning and implementation of appropriate human resources solutions, including but not limited to talent identification, talent introduction, talent development, organization management, cultural atmosphere construction, compliance management, etc., to provide professional human resources solutions.
3. Effectively cooperate with headquarters resources and regional resources, formulate human resource policies suitable for overseas companies, and coordinate their implementation and optimization.
4. Responsible for handling external relations and internal and external coordination.
Qualifications:
1, Bachelor degree or above, human resource related major is preferred, fluent English (can be used as a working language);
2, more than 5 years of HR related work experience, manufacturing management experience is preferred;
3, familiar with the local laws and regulations of the United States and human resources related policies;
4. Meticulous and rigorous in work, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative for work, with strong organization, coordination and communication skills.

岗位职责:
1、负责海外公司人力资源相关工作,响应所负责业务部门的业务管理需求,建设/优化人力资源管理规范,优化相关制度流程;
2、深入了解业务状况,洞察业务痛点,策划及实施相应的人力资源解决方案,包括但不限于人才识别、人才引进、人才发展、组织管理、文化氛围建设、合规管理等,提供专业的人力资源解决方案。
3、有效协同总部资源和区域资源,制定适配于海外公司的人力资源政策,并统筹其落地与优化。
4、负责处理对外关系和内外协调。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先,英语流利(能作为工作语言);
2、5年以上人力相关工作经验,有制造业管理岗经验优先考虑;
3、熟悉美国当地法律法规及人力资源相关政策;
4、工作细致、严谨、对工作有较高的责任心和主动性,具备较强的组织、协调和沟通能力。
任职需求
