1.Place purchase orders daily based on production plans, track purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

2.Monitor the implementation of procurement plans daily to ensure that purchased materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

3.Monthly, urge suppliers to issue invoices and minimize provisional estimates, promptly transmit invoices, and keep accurate records.

4.Organize and implement emergency and temporary purchases daily, following document requirements, and track deviations in procurement quotas.

5.Reconcile accounts with suppliers monthly.

6.Apply for payment of goods monthly according to supplier settlement methods and provide detailed payment priorities to the finance department.

7.Handle material anomalies upon receipt, follow up on report results, and distribute signed results to relevant personnel.

8.Ensure that materials meet environmental standards and comply with ROHS requirements.

9.Stay informed about market conditions and provide cost-saving suggestions for materials.

Requirements:

1.Associate degree or higher, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

2.Proficiency in office software and Kingdee systems.

1、每天根据生产计划进行采购，下达采购订单，跟进采购订单，保证物料的准时性；
