Work location: Vietnam

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation and declaration of customs declaration materials for Vietnamese companies;

2. Responsible for customs commodity coding classification and tariff research;

3. Responsible for various customs audits and import and export related documents;

4. Import and export risk control, legal and regulatory learning and internal training;

5. Customs declaration data sorting and archiving, customs declaration data statistics and analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Vietnamese or English can be used as working language;

2. More than three years of customs declaration experience, familiar with the import and export customs declaration process and procedures of various logistics methods in Vietnam;

3. Familiar with the filling specifications of Vietnam Customs declaration form and the requirements for deletion and modification of customs declaration form;

4. Familiar with the commodity coding classification rules of Vietnam Customs, and have the ability to independently complete the classification of imported goods;

5. Have strong communication and coordination skills, work carefully, conscientiously and responsibly;

岗位职责：

1、负责越南公司报关资料制作和报关；

2、负责海关商品编码归类及关税研究；

3、负责海关各类稽核查及进出口相关证件办理；

4、进出口风险管控，法律法规学习及内部培训；

5、报关资料整理存档及报关数据统计、分析。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，越南语或者英语能作为工作语言；

2、三年以上报关经验，熟悉越南地区各类物流方式进出口报关流程及手续办理；

3、熟悉越南海关报关单填制规范、报关单删改单要求；

4、熟悉越南海关商品编码归类规则，具有独立完成进口商品归类的能力；

5、具备较强的沟通协调能力，工作细心，认真负责；
