HR base 越南胡志明,年薪15-25万年薪人民币

职责描述:

1、建章立制:依据股份公司管理标准,结合实际业务流程,制/修订各项规章制度。

2、编制与人工成本管控:

(2)根据年度产能大纲制定人员编制管控方案;

(2)编制人力资源年度费用支出预算,加强人工成本的管控。

3、招聘管理:负责海外制造公司的招聘,开发并利用各种有效招聘途径满足招聘需求,根据各岗位实际情况建立相应的人才库。

4、员工关系管理:依据管理制度,对考勤、入、转、调离等进行执行监控;依据人才盘点结果,对员工满意度进行调研,制定满意度提升计划并推动执行;

4、人才梯队建设与培养:协助业务领导进行人才识别工作,推动部门优胜劣汰工作,协助股份公司及业务单位培训班人员选拔与培养工作,完善人才结构。

5、营运管理:

(1)负责基础管理(计划、会议、信息、公文、协同等)提升和文化改进工作;

(2)负责各类宣传和接待工作;

(3)负责企业文化氛围的营造,督促开展企业文化活动。

6、后勤保障:

(1)负责公司内部安全体系、后勤管理体系的搭建;

(2)负责督促下属对食堂、住宿、安保等方面的管理工作。

 

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,3年以上人力资源工作履历,熟悉HR流程体系,擅长招聘和员工关系为佳;

3.较强的逻辑思考、学习和抗压力,沟通协调能力强,有亲和力,有责任心;

Job Description:

1,Establish rules and regulations: Prepare/revise various rules and regulations according to the management standards of the joint stock company and combined with actual business processes.

 

2,Preparation and labor cost control:

(2) Formulate the staffing control plan according to the annual production capacity outline;

(2) Prepare the annual human resources expenditure budget and strengthen the control of labor costs.

 

3,Recruitment management: Responsible for the recruitment of overseas manufacturing companies, developing and using various effective recruitment channels to meet the recruitment needs, and establishing the corresponding talent pool according to the actual situation of each position.

 

4, employee relationship management: according to the management system, the attendance, entry, transfer, transfer and other implementation monitoring; Based on the results of talent inventory, investigate employee satisfaction, develop satisfaction improvement plan and promote its implementation;

 

5,Talent echelon construction and training: Assist business leaders in talent identification, promote the survival of the fittest in the department, assist joint stock companies and business units in the selection and training of training personnel, improve the talent structure.

 

6,Operation Management:

(1) Responsible for basic management (plans, meetings, information, documents, collaboration, etc.) promotion and cultural improvement;

(2) Responsible for all kinds of publicity and reception work;

(3) Responsible for the creation of corporate cultural atmosphere and urge the development of corporate cultural activities.

 

7,Logistics support:

(1) Responsible for building the company's internal security system and logistics management system;

(2) Responsible for urging subordinates to manage canteen, accommodation, security and other aspects.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in human resources, familiar with HR process system, good at recruitment and employee relations is preferred;
  2. Strong logical thinking, learning and pressure resistance, strong communication and coordination ability, affinity and sense of responsibility;
  3. Chinese can be used as working language
