任职要求

职责描述：

1、越·南新工厂筹建期间的相关事项，包括参与产线布局规划，主导团队组建、制度流程建立、

产线试运行及优化等；

2、 工厂建成后全面统筹管理，完成集团下达的各项经营指标，满足订单交付的交期、品质

和成本控制目标，持续提升工厂的生产运营效率和运营质量。

3、 全面负责推动精益生产，不断提升生产制造等主要环节的成本管理，持续改进生产、制造方法，提高生产效率，善于挖掘公司的生产能力，降低生产成本；

4、 随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题。

5、 负责全面统筹工厂生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量、人员指标等；

6、 对工厂计划、生产、工厂管理、原材料供应及质量相关的工作进行指导和监督，及时处理各类突发事件，保证生产顺利进行；

任职要求：

1、熟悉消费类电子产品的组装生产工艺和品质控制；

2、有5年以上中大型网络摄像头、耳机、音响等等消费类电子产品组装工厂的中高层管理经验。

3, Fully responsible for promoting lean production, continuously improving the cost management of major links such as production and manufacturing, continuously improving production and manufacturing methods, improving production efficiency, being good at exploiting the company's production capacity and reducing production costs;

4, always grasp the quality status of the production process, coordinate the communication and cooperation between various departments, and timely solve the problems in production.

5, responsible for the overall planning of the factory production process of the process, quality, equipment, cost, output, personnel indicators;

6, guide and supervise the work related to factory planning, production, factory management, raw material supply and quality, timely deal with all kinds of emergencies to ensure smooth production;

Job Requirements:
