Job responsibilities:

1. Develop supplier resources according to company strategy.
2. Assist the operations team to resolve abnormal situations in the supplier service process.
3. Evaluate supplier service performance and monitor improvement indicators.
4. Review supplier operations and compliance.
5. Participate in new customer development and bidding processes.
6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements:

• Have knowledge of import and export, advanced shipping, medium-sized freight forwarding and medium-sized logistics.
• Freight forwarding, logistics management or related work experience.
• Candidates with customs clearance management experience are preferred.
