薪资范围: 月薪RMB 15-30k

岗位职责:

  1. 熟悉公司产品的功能与卖点,通过各种策略完成产品销售和市场拓展任务;
  2. 利用展会、互联网平台、客户介绍、拜访等各种方式获取客户信息;
  3. 定期拜访客户,建立客户资料和销售漏斗,营造良好的客户关系,推动长期合作;
  4. 管理和跟进整个销售项目,包括前期推广、售前测试、方案制定、议价谈判、签订合同、安排交货、完成验收和收款;
  5. 深入挖掘客户需求,协调公司资源形成对应行业的解决方案;
  6. 销售渠道的维护与开拓;
  7. 负责收集市场信息,关注市场发展趋势,参与新媒体宣传、展会、研讨会、新品发布会等市场推广工作;
  8. 按时完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求:

  1. 全日制本科以上学历;一年以上机械设备、汽车零部件、3C电子、精密仪器、机加工等任一行业销售工作经验,对工业品销售有一定理解;
  2. 具有汽车及零部件厂商、3C行业、医疗器械、油气行业的相关资源且有可证明的优秀业绩者优先;
  3. 具备较强的市场开拓能力及良好的客户服务意识;
  4. 擅于沟通交际,有良好的商务谈判技巧;
  5. 有良好职业道德操守,吃苦耐劳,能承受高工作压力,能出差,有团队协作精神;
  6. 对3D打印行业及应用行业有一定认知理解,对行业未来有高度热情和投入,能够深刻理解3D打印应用场景者优先。

Sales Manager (Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia)

Salary Range: Monthly RMB 15000-30000

Location: Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia

Responsibilities:

1.Become familiar with the features and selling points of the company's products and employ various strategies to achieve sales and market expansion goals.

2.Utilize trade shows, online platforms, customer referrals, and visits to acquire customer information.

3.Regularly visit clients, establish customer profiles and sales funnels, foster good client relationships, and promote long-term cooperation.

4.Manage and follow up on the entire sales project, including preliminary promotions, pre-sales testing, solution formulation, price negotiation, contract signing, delivery arrangement, completion of acceptance, and payment collection.

5.Deeply understand customer needs, coordinate company resources to form industry-specific solutions.

6.Maintain and expand sales channels.

7.Collect market information, stay attentive to market trends, and participate in market promotion activities such as new media publicity, trade shows, seminars, and new product launches.

8.Complete other tasks assigned by leadership on time.

Requirements:

1.Full-time bachelor's degree or above; at least one year of sales experience in any of the following industries: machinery equipment, automotive parts, 3C electronics, precision instruments, machining, etc., with some understanding of industrial product sales.

2.Candidates with relevant resources and verifiable excellent performance in automotive and parts manufacturers, 3C industry, medical devices, oil & gas sectors are preferred.

3.Strong market development capabilities and good customer service awareness.

4.Excellent communication skills and business negotiation techniques.

5.Good professional ethics, willingness to endure hardships, ability to handle high-pressure situations, willing to travel, and a spirit of teamwork.

6.Some understanding and knowledge of the 3D printing industry and its applications, with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication towards the future of the industry, and the ability to deeply comprehend the application scenarios of 3D printing is preferred.
