市场总监（印尼棉兰）

薪资范围：月薪RMB 20-40K

工作地点：印尼棉兰

岗位职责：

1.根据公司战略发展目标，全面负责品牌建设、市场推广等业务管理工作；

2.负责市场策划、市场开发等方面的发展规划管理，组织线上（TK渠道）、线下（地推、店招、广告牌）推广活动；

3.负责市场调研、市场评估、产品价格体系规划等工作。

4.有第三方策划公司协助以上工作。

任职要求：

1.中文、英文、印尼语均精通，有印尼当地快消品市场经验5年以上

Responsibilities:

1.According to the company's strategic development goals, fully responsible for brand building, market promotion, and other business management tasks.

2.Responsible for the development planning and management of market planning and market development, organizing online (through TikTok channels) and offline (ground promotions, store signs, billboards) promotional activities.

3.Responsible for market research, market assessment, product pricing system planning, etc.

4.Assisted by third-party planning companies in the above tasks.

 Requirements:

1.Fluent in Chinese, English, and Indonesian with over 5 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market in Indonesia.

2.Preferably an Indonesian citizen of Chinese descent.
