岗位职责:
1、熟悉当地海关政策,解决关于海关规定和程序的问题,帮助企业合规经营。
2、开展贸易合同谈判,核查和审核合同内容,确保合同符合海关和贸易法律法规。
3、协助企业进行海关风险管理和风险评估,帮助企业制定合理的贸易方案,降低风险。
4、维护和建立与印尼当地海关和相关行业协会的良好关系,代表企业参与行业活动和论坛。
5、不断学习和更新贸易法规和海关政策的知识,提升自身专业能力。
任职资格:
1、本科以上学历,熟悉印尼语,3-5年以上印尼当地外贸行业或工厂的相关工作经验。
2、具备扎实的贸易法律法规、海关政策和程序的专业知识。
3、熟悉国际贸易的各个环节和流程,包括合同管理、物流运输文件准备等。
4、具备良好的沟通和协调能力,能够与企业、海关和监管机构等多方沟通和合作。

Job responsibilities:
- Familiar with local customs policies, solve problems about customs regulations and procedures, and help companies operate in compliance.
- Conduct trade contract negotiations, verify and review the contents of the contract, and ensure that the contract complies with customs and trade laws and regulations.
- Assist companies in customs risk management and risk assessment, help companies develop reasonable trade plans and reduce risks.
- Maintain and establish good relations with local customs and relevant industry associations in Indonesia, and participate in industry activities and forums on behalf of the company.
- Continuously learn and update knowledge of trade regulations and customs policies to improve their professional capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with Indonesian, 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Indonesian foreign trade industry or factory.
- Have solid professional knowledge of trade laws and regulations, customs policies and procedures.
- Familiar with all aspects and processes of international trade, including contract management, logistics and transportation document preparation, etc.
- Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate and cooperate with enterprises, customs and regulatory agencies.
