岗位职责：

1. 市场研究与战略制定: 根据公司出海战略目标，组织海外市场（主要是美国和英国）信息的收集、分析和研究，制定海外市场业务发展战略和策略。
2. 招商选址管理: 根据公司在当地的业务规划，结合当地市场及时制定招商选址策略和计划；从年度、季度、月度分解选址布点筹建计划并组织落实，确保招商目标的达成。
3. 团队建设与运营管理: 组建海外本地团队，带领团队进行新站点筹建、开业、新品上市及日常运营的方案策划和落地，扩大品牌影响力，实现销售目标。
4. 培训与支持: 定期对海外本地市场团队开展管理及数字化运营相关的业务培训，确保公司总部运营规划和策略的有效传达与实施。
5. 辅助工作: 负责因海外市场拓展需要产生的其他辅助工作。

Job responsibilities:

1. Market research and strategy formulation: According to the company's overseas strategic goals, organize the collection, analysis, and research of overseas market (mainly the United States and the United Kingdom) information, and formulate overseas market business development strategies and strategies.
