岗位职责：

1. 执行合伙企业总经理（管理委员会主席）和第一副总经理的指示
2. 对行政部门、采购和物流部门、信息技术支持服务和文件支持服务的活动进行全面管理
3. 监督根据生产和投资方案以及伙伴关系下属机构的建议制定和批准伙伴关系的年度采购计划，以及伙伴关系采购货物、工程和服务的效率、及时性和合法性。

Location: Moscow, Russia

Monthly salary range: competitive and in line with market standards

Responsibilities:

1. Implementing the directives of the Director-General (Chairperson of the Management Committee) and the First Deputy Director-General for Partnerships.
2. Supervise the activities of the Sector for Administration, the Sector for Procurement and Logistics, the Sector for Information Technology Support Services, and the Sector for Documentation Support Services.

Requirements:

1. 1. Experience: Over 2years of experience.
2. 2. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, communication and interpersonal abilities, comprehensive business knowledge.

3. 3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Russianand advanced in English or Chinese.
