Job Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Manufacturing Operational Management: Oversee comprehensive manufacturing operational management, including but not limited to delivery schedules, efficiency, quality, costs, personnel, and manufacturing techniques. Systematically responsible for the manufacturing indicators.

2. Production Management: Organize and supervise the comprehensive production management to ensure tasks are completed with the required quantity and quality promptly.

3. System Optimization: Organize and supervise the development and continuous optimization of the manufacturing systems, technical and quality systems, and other manufacturing systems.

4. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Lead continuous improvement and innovation of lean manufacturing and production informatization and automation.

Job Requirements:

4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English or Chinese.
