海外售后技术支持（美洲（墨西哥/巴西/美国等）、泰国、印尼、土耳其、俄罗斯等）

 薪资范围：月薪RMB 10-30K

工作地点：（美洲（墨西哥/巴西/美国等）、泰国、印尼、土耳其、俄罗斯等）

岗位职责：

1.负责产品在客户现场的安装调试及售后维护，现场故障排除工作

2.负责采集用户反馈信息，跟踪用户意见并加以解决，保障客户满意度

3.负责设备售后技术服务及客户培训

岗位要求：

1.大专以上学历；

2.有注塑机、机械手、注塑周边设备安装、调试、维护经验

3.会基础英文交流，和客户沟通交流顺畅

4.认真负责、吃苦耐劳，具备一定抗压能力

5.base美洲（墨西哥/巴西/美国等）、泰国、印尼、土耳其、俄罗斯等

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance of products at customer sites, as well as troubleshooting on-site issues.

2.Responsible for collecting user feedback, tracking user opinions, addressing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3.Responsible for providing after-sales technical service and training to customers.

Requirements:

1.Associate degree or above.

2.Experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of injection molding machines, robots, and peripheral equipment.

3.Basic English communication skills to ensure smooth interaction with customers.

4.Seriousness, dedication, hardworking attitude, and the ability to handle pressure.

5.Based in the Americas (Mexico/Brazil/USA, etc.), Thailand, Indonesia, Turkey, Russia, etc.
