岗位职责:

1.负责公司注塑智能装备的推广和销售工作,对所属区域的销售目标负责,包含不仅限于区域经销商、代理及终端客户的开发、日常维护与经营;

2.收集市场及行业信息,与直属领导及合作伙伴沟通、探讨该市场销售策略、市场活动等,积极主动为所负责区域市场目标达成出谋划策;

3.定期拜访及维护新老客户客情关系及推进业务合作;

4.其他部门主管安排的相关工作事宜。

岗位要求:

1.有机械专业背景、注塑或自动化行业经验者优先考虑;

2.要求1-3年销售工作经验,具备一定客户谈判能力和沟通协调能力;

3.热爱销售工作,学习能力较强,具有较强的抗压能力,能够接受国内外出差;

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's injection molding intelligent equipment, accountable for the sales targets in the assigned region, including but not limited to the development, daily maintenance, and management of regional distributors, agents, and end customers.

2.Collect market and industry information, communicate and discuss sales strategies and market activities with direct supervisors and partners, actively contributing ideas for achieving the market goals of the responsible region.

3.Regularly visit and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and promote business cooperation.

4.Other tasks arranged by department supervisors.

Requirements:

1.Preference for candidates with a background in mechanical engineering, experience in the injection molding or automation industry.

2.Requires 1-3 years of sales experience, with certain customer negotiation and communication coordination abilities.

3.Enthusiasm for sales work, strong learning ability, good stress tolerance, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
