彩妆区域经理(Base:印尼 雅加达)  

月薪RMB 20-30K

工作职责

1、业绩达成:根据市场既定业绩目标,制定和调整门店运营目标;

2、损耗管理:根据损耗控制目标,制定和调整门店货品损耗率目标;

3、新店统筹:根据新店开业计划,合理安排和跟进建店相关工作;

4、门店标准管理:确保店铺各项管理标准执行落地;

5、人员管理:统筹店铺人员管理与人才培养各项事宜;

6、人力成本管控:根据人力成本控制目标,制定相应的调整和优化方案

任职资格

1、至少5年左右的零售、美妆行业、运营及市场开拓等相关经验

2、热爱零售、彩妆行业,以结果为导向,有较强执行力,目标感强,使命必达;

3、较强的门店运营诊断能力、问题分析解决能力、沟通能力;

4、较强的团队管理能力,具备领导才能;

5、对市场变化有很强的敏锐度;

6、独立数据分析能力,较强的学习能力和适应能力;

7、能够接受印尼外驻工作,外派期间有额外外派补贴

Makeup Area Manager (Base: Jakarta, Indonesia)

The monthly salary is RMB 20-30K

Job responsibilities

1. Performance achievement: set and adjust store operation targets according to established market performance targets;

2, loss management: according to the loss control target, set and adjust the store goods loss rate target;

3, new store planning: according to the new store opening plan, reasonable arrangement and follow-up of store construction related work;

4. Store standard management: Ensure the implementation of store management standards;

5. Personnel management: coordinated the store personnel management and personnel training;

6. Labor cost control: Make corresponding adjustment and optimization plans according to the goal of labor cost control

 

Job qualification

1, at least 5 years of retail, beauty industry, operation and market development experience

2, love retail, makeup industry, result-oriented, strong execution, strong sense of purpose, mission will be achieved;

3, strong store operation diagnosis ability, problem analysis and solution ability, communication ability;

4, strong team management ability, with leadership;

5, have a strong sensitivity to market changes;

6, independent data analysis ability, strong learning ability and adaptability;

7. Be able to work outside Indonesia, with additional expatriate subsidies during the expatriate period
