泰国会计-TOP TOY（Base：泰国）

【岗位职责】
- 财务管理与报表编制：
负责海外泰国分公司财务相关数据的收集、整理与分析，确保数据的准确性和完整性。
编制月度、季度及年度财务报表，包括资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表等，并按要求提交给总部及当地相关机构。
跟踪分析财务数据，为管理层提供决策支持，包括成本控制、盈利分析、预算执行情况等。
- 税务申报：
了解泰国的税务政策与法规，负责泰国当地税务申报工作，包括增值税、所得税等各类税种的申报与缴纳。
- 内部控制与审计：
协助建立和完善海外分公司的内部控制体系，确保财务流程的高效与合规。
配合内外部审计工作，提供必要的财务资料和信息，协助解决审计中发现的问题。
- 系统操作与自动化：
负责财务相关系统的操作与维护，确保系统数据的准确性和及时性。
参与财务相关系统的自动化需求成果验收，并负责落地和不断优化。
- 其他工作：
负责异常费用波动的分析，提出改进措施。
与外部审计师进行对接与协调，确保审计工作的顺利进行。
根据工作需要、个人能力及兴趣，承担其他与财务相关的工作。
任职要求：
- 教育背景：会计、财务管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 工作经验：2-3年财务工作经验，对财务、总账等多个模块有实操经验者优先。具备海外工作经验者优先。
- 专业技能： 熟练掌握财务软件及Excel、PPT等办公软件。 ² 具备良好的财务分析能力和数据敏感度。
- 语言要求： 中文或英语可作为工作语言。 ² 泰语熟练。
- 个人素质： 为人务实、工作细心耐心、责任心强、原则性强。 ² 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力及抗压能力。 具备良好的团队合作精神和学习能力。

TOP TOY is positioned as a global fashion play collection store, with product lines covering core categories such as blind box, building blocks, handwork, assembled Gundam, doll models, fashion toys, original products, as well as X category to be developed in the future. Prices range from 59 yuan to ten thousand yuan.
Sun Yuanwen, founder and CEO of TOP TOY, said that fashion play is a young field with great room for development, occupying the young generation's self economy, desktop economy and home improvement economy. The concept of "fashion play" is relatively niche. TOP TOY hopes to deeply promote the fashion play culture through the multi-category, multi-brand and multi-IP fashion play collection ecology and the immersive fashion play experience of "store exhibition combination + scarce products".

【 Job responsibilities 】
- Financial Management and statement preparation:
Responsible for the collection, collation and analysis of financial data of overseas Thailand branch to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc., and submit them to headquarters and local authorities as required.
- Track and analyze financial data, provide decision support to management, including cost control, profit analysis, budget execution, etc.
Tax declaration:
- Understand the tax policies and regulations of Thailand, responsible for the local tax declaration work in Thailand, including VAT, income tax and other tax declaration and payment.
- Internal control and Audit:
Assist to establish and improve the internal control system of overseas branch to ensure the efficiency and compliance of financial process. - Cooperate with internal and external audit work, provide necessary financial data and information, and help solve the problems found in the audit.
- System operation and automation:
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of financial related systems to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of system data. - Participate in the acceptance of automation requirement results of financial related systems, and be responsible for implementation and continuous optimization.
Other jobs:
- Responsible for the analysis of abnormal cost fluctuations and propose improvement measures.
- Liaise and coordinate with external auditors to ensure the smooth conduct of audit work.
- Undertake other financial related tasks according to job needs, personal abilities and interests.
Job Requirements:
Education background: Bachelor degree or above in accounting, financial management or related major.
Work experience: 2-3 years of financial work experience, practical experience in multiple modules such as finance and general ledger is preferred. Overseas working experience is preferred.
Professional skills: Proficient in financial software and office software such as Excel and PPT. Good financial analysis skills and data sensitivity.
Language requirements: Chinese or English can be used as the working language. Good command of Thai.
Personal qualities: pragmatic, careful and patient in work, strong sense of responsibility, strong principle. Good cross-departmental communication and coordination ability and ability to work under pressure. Good team work spirit and learning ability.
