3. 负责监督配货过程，发现异常及时向部门反馈

5. 进行小组成员的培训及管理

岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，中英文流利，5年以上行业经验，3年及以上100人配货团队管理经验
2. 熟练掌握库房管理方法、操作规范及操作流程
3. 熟悉仓库管理制度，熟悉办公软件操作
4. 具有叉车证，熟练开高叉者优先
5. 吃苦耐劳，执行力和抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通、学习、协调能力。

Distribution leader

Job responsibilities:
1. Arrange the work of the distribution team and forklift team reasonably according to the amount of tasks, and complete the distribution task efficiently and accurately
2. Responsible for the quality control and management of the distribution site
3. Responsible for supervising the distribution process, and timely feedback to the department if any abnormality is found
4. Regularly propose improvement measures to improve the quality and efficiency of distribution work to superior leaders

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English, more than 5 years of industry experience, 3 years or more of 100 people distribution team management experience
