岗位职责：

1. 负责仓库发货装箱、货品摆放管理，监督组员严格按照公司规定执行发货操作，对所发货品进行复查、确认
2. 负责发货人员工作安排及现场管理，维护现场作业环境保持规范标准
3. 传达上级工作指令，分解任务并高效达成
4. 督导本组员工遵守工作规范与流程，确保所有货品在最短时间完成装车
5. 定期向上级汇报装箱、货物摆放方面存在的问题和安全隐患

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，中英文流利，3年以上行业经验
2. 熟练掌握发货管理方法、操作规范及操作流程
3. 熟悉仓库管理制度，熟悉办公软件操作
4. 具有叉车证，熟练开高叉者优先
5. 吃苦耐劳，执行力和抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通、学习、协调能力。

Delivery Team Leader (Base: 1375 E. Locust Street, Los Angeles, Ontario, California, 91761)

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for warehouse delivery and packing, goods placement management, supervise the team members strictly in accordance with the company's regulations to implement delivery operations, review and confirm the issued goods
Responsible for delivery personnel work arrangement and site management, maintain the site work environment to maintain standards
Communicate superiors' work instructions, break down tasks and achieve them efficiently
Supervise the team to follow the work rules and procedures to ensure that all goods are loaded in the shortest possible time
Regularly report problems and potential safety hazards in packing and placing of goods to superiors
Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English, more than 3 years of industry experience
Proficient in delivery management methods, operation specifications and operation procedures
Familiar with warehouse management system, familiar with office software operation
With forklift license, proficiency in high fork driving is preferred
Hard-working, strong execution and pressure resistance, with good communication, learning and coordination skills.
