财务经理(基地:印尼雅加达)

【岗位职责】
职责:
1.负责全面的财务管理，领导财务部门管理公司在印尼的所有财务和会计活动，包括会计，成本，财务分析和税务等。
2.监督所有会计、总账和报告系统，确保符合集团标准和法规要求。
3.管理月度结帐流程，及时编制财务报告和分析，维护可靠信息。
4.负责年度财务、监管和税务审计。与集团报告团队一起完成年度和中期集团审计。
5.准备成本和费用报告，预算和预测，及时进行成本和费用审查，分析差异，并确定潜在的成本和费用节约机会。
6.支持集团财务团队有效管理现金流。
7.与当地外部税务顾问合作，处理月度税务合规和年度CIT申报表。
8.根据集团审批矩阵执行审核和批准流程。
9.领导、管理、培训和指导财务部员工。

技能/资格:
1.财务、会计等相关专业本科及以上学历，具有扎实的财务知识基础。
2.5~10年制造业企业财务管理经验。拥有CPA、ACCA或CMA认证的四大会计师事务所工作经验者优先。
3.具有丰富的财务管理经验，熟悉国内外财务法规及相关政策
4.优秀的分析能力，能够编制、分析和解读财务和运营数据/报告，能够准确识别财务风险并提出相应的解决方案。
5.流利的英语，书面和口头沟通能力。中文优先。
6.有团队管理经验，能够激发团队成员的潜能，实现团队目标

Finance Manager (Base: Jakarta, Indonesia)

Monthly salary RMB 20-30K

【 Job responsibilities 】
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the full function finance management, lead the finance department in managing all of finance & accounting activities of companies in Indonesia, including accounting, cost, financial analysis and tax etc.
2.Oversee all Accounting, General Ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with Group standards and regulatory requirements.
3.Manage the monthly closing process, and prepare financial reports and analysis on a timely basis, and maintain reliable information.
4.Responsible for annual financial, regulatory and tax audits. Work with Group Reporting Team to complete annual and interim group audits.
5.Prepare cost&expense reports, budgets, and forecasts and conduct timely cost&expense reviews, analyze variances, and identify potential cost&expense savings opportunities.
6.Support Group Treasury Team to effectively manage cash flows.
7.Work with local external tax consultant to handle the monthly tax compliance and Annual CIT Return.
8.Perform review and approval process accourding to Group Approval Matrix.
9.Lead, manage, train and coach the staff in finance department.

Skills/Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields, with a solid foundation in financial knowledge.
2.5 to 10 years financial management experience in manufacture company. Big 4 experience is preferred with certification of CPA, ACCA or CMA.
3.Having rich financial management experience, familiar with domestic and foreign financial regulations and related policy
4.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operational data/reports, able to accurately identify financial risks and propose corresponding solution.
5.Fluent in English, both written and oral communication skills. Chinese is preferred.
6.Having experience in team management, able to stimulate the potential of team members and achieve team goals
