印尼商务销售总监
岗位职责:
1、熟悉当地海关政策,解决关于海关规定和程序的问题,帮助企业合规经营。
2、开展贸易合同谈判,核查和审核合同内容,确保合同符合海关和贸易法律法规。
3、协助企业进行海关风险管理和风险评估,帮助企业制定合理的贸易方案,降低风险。
4、维护和建立与印尼当地海关和相关行业协会的良好关系,代表企业参与行业活动和论坛。
5、不断学习和更新贸易法规和海关政策的知识,提升自身专业能力。
任职资格:
1、本科以上学历,熟悉印尼语,3-5年以上印尼当地外贸行业或工厂的相关工作经验。
2、具备扎实的贸易法律法规、海关政策和程序的专业知识。
3、熟悉国际贸易的各个环节和流程,包括合同管理、物流运输文件准备等。
4、具备良好的沟通和协调能力,能够与企业、海关和监管机构等多方沟通和合作。
Indonesia Business Sales Director
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be familiar with local customs policies, solve problems about customs regulations and procedures, and help companies operate in compliance.
2. Conduct trade contract negotiations, verify and review the contents of contracts, and ensure that the contracts comply with customs and trade laws and regulations.
3. Assist companies in customs risk management and risk assessment, help companies develop reasonable trade plans, and reduce risks.
4. Maintain and establish good relations with local customs and relevant industry associations in Indonesia, and participate in industry activities and forums on behalf of the company.
5. Continuously learn and update knowledge of trade regulations and customs policies to improve professional capabilities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with Indonesian, 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the local foreign trade industry or factory in Indonesia.
2. Have solid professional knowledge of trade laws and regulations, customs policies and procedures.
3. Be familiar with all aspects and processes of international trade, including contract management, logistics and transportation document preparation, etc.
4. Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate and cooperate with multiple parties such as companies, customs and regulatory agencies.
