【岗位职责】

工作内容:

Responsibilities:

 

1.支持制定和实施有关人事和组织发展的人事政策战略的制度和措施(如招聘策略、薪资福利体系、人才发展规划等)

1.Support the development and implementation of regulations, policies and measures related to personnel and organizational development as well as personnel strategies (e.g., recruitment strategies, salary and benefits system, talent development planning, etc.)

 

2.负责空缺人员招聘,招聘渠道开发,独立执行招聘流程,协调部门及后续跟进

  1. Responsible for recruiting vacant positions, exploring recruitment channels, completing the whole recruitment process independently, coordinating relevant departments and doing follow-up matters.

 

3.负责员工入职、离职、调任等手续以及人事各项福利,以及对应的员工信息维护和更新,如雇佣合同签订、职位薪资变动、个人信息更改等

  1. Responsible for onboarding, offboarding and transfer procedures, etc., as well as personnel benefits, employee information updating, such as the signing of employment contracts, position and salary changes, personal information changes, etc.

 

4.负责薪酬绩效核算

  1. Responsible for accounting payroll and performance.

 

5.支持海外雇员进入匈牙利公司,例如申请居留/劳动许可等

  1. Support the overseas employment for Hungarian company of Fuyao, e.g. applying for residence or labor permits, etc.

 

6.以及组织发展初期,其他人事行政相关工作

  1. Responsible for other HR administration related work in the early stage of the company's development

 

 

工作要求:

Requirements:

 

1.本科及以上,人力资源或相关专业者优先,有3年以上工作经历者优先

1.Bachelor's degree or above, human resources or related majors is preferred. More than 3 years of work experience is preferred

 

2.熟练掌握英语或匈牙利语,会中文是个优势

  1. Fluent in English or Hungarian, able to communicate in Chinese is preferred

 

3.最好在全球运营的集团公司中担任过类似职位,有亚洲公司工作经验者优先

  1. Previous experience in a similar position of globally operating companies and experience in an Asian company is preferred

 

4.精通当地劳动法、税法、保障法等,了解招聘、薪酬等模块

  1. Proficient in Hungarian labor law, tax law, security law, etc., familiar with HR related matters such as recruitment, compensation, etc.

 

5.熟练使用MS Office, 有使用过其他人事系统软件者优先

  1. Proficient in MS Office, and good at other personnel system software is preferred

 

6.有沟通能力和技巧,能独立在压力环境下工作,有团队精神

  1. Have excellent communication skills, stress resistance, and teamwork spirit
