海外市场区域总经理(Base:新加坡/马来西亚/日本)
月薪:RMB 3-5W+提成
【岗位职责】
职位描述:
1.负责新能源重卡海外市场开拓与管理工作,收集当地新能源重卡相关政策法规、认证标准、了解物流行业趋势、分析市场动态、组织市场调研;
2.负责制定并执行公司海外区域市场营销策略和计划,确保目标的达成;
3.建立和完善公司海外区域市场销售渠道体系,推动产品销售和业务拓展工作;
4.负责海外市场特别是港口集装箱运输客户资源的开拓和维护;
5.协调内外部资源,提高销售业绩,完成年度或季度业绩指标;
6.维护好客户关系,积极挖掘客户需求并提供解决方案;
7.负责当地团队建设和管理,提升团队成员的专业素质和工作效率。
职位要求:
1.学历不限,要求至少 5 年以上属地化销售管理经验;
2.具备丰富的渠道资源和客户关系,有海外港口集装箱集疏港运输、海关进出口汽车贸易等相关从业经验优先考虑;
3.良好的沟通能力、谈判能力以及团队协作精神;
4.较强的学习能力、独立工作能力和优秀的应变能力;
5.具备良好的职业操守,具有高度的工作热情和责任感。

Regional General Manager of Overseas Markets (Base: Singapore/Malaysia/Japan)
Monthly salary :RMB 30,000-50,000+ commission
Markets Job Description:
- Responsible for the development and management of overseas markets for new energy heavy-duty trucks, including collecting local policies and regulations, standards and homologation, logistics industry market analysis, competition dynamics, market research, etc.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's overseas regional marketing strategies and plans to ensure the achievement of goals;
- Establish and improve the company's sales network system promote product sales and business development;
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of customer resources in overseas markets, especially port container transportation,
- Coordinate internal and external resources, improve sales performance, and complete annual and quarterly performance targets:
- Maintain customer relationships, actively explore customer requirement and provide solutions;
- Responsible for local team building and management, and improve the professional quality and work efficiency of team members.
