【岗位职责】

本职：

负责某非洲国家某一矿山矿产资源的开发利用及项目的综合运营管理，完成涉该矿山采矿和本部门相关管理职能工作。

一、在采矿副总的指导下，负责非洲某一矿山项目矿产资源的开发利用及其综合运营管理。

1、及时掌握并督促执行某一非洲国家和公司有关法律、法规及方针、政策动态等；

2、组织研讨某一非洲项目采矿技术相关问题，以及对接该非洲国家及其部门，依据矿山地质和实际生产现状，主持实施采矿施工设计，选择合适的采矿方法，及经济合理的采矿、排水方案；

3、编制某一非洲采矿项目各项技术措施计划，分析、研究、解决生产中遇到的各种采矿技术问题，组织、审查各项合理化建议活动。

二、参与非洲某一矿山设计的审查，负责组织编制非洲某一矿山采剥技术计划，并指导该矿山采剥计划实施。

1、在采矿副总的领导下，负责非洲某一矿山的采矿技术工作，包括但不限于矿区整体开采规划、采剥计划的编制、搞好剥采平衡、节能降耗、降低采矿成本等；

2、负责建立和监督非洲某一矿山安全生产体系，落实安全生产过程中的各项指标，确保某一项目采矿的安全生产；

3、参与矿山安全生产检查、事故调查、提出安全技术方面问题；

4、负责每月对分管的工作有检查的小结并针对性分析和安排下步工作；

5、协助处理矿山采矿方面生产技术事故，负责采矿技术资料的整理、归档。

三、负责非洲某一矿山采矿内部管理工作。

1、负责提出非洲某一采矿项目下属员工的招聘、培训、调薪、晋升、奖惩、辞退等方面的建议；

2、负责对非洲某一采矿项目所有下属员工进行目标管理和绩效考核；

3、负责对非洲某一采矿项目所有下属员工实施在职辅导和业务培训，培养建立高效团队。

四、完成采矿副总经理及其他领导交待的工作。

【任职要求】：

1、教育水平 本科统招学历以上，初级及以上职称。

2、专业 采矿工程专业类。

3、培训经历 采矿管理及矿山安全生产管理培训。

4、经验 熟悉非洲矿山的开采技术、开拓方法、运输系统及矿山地质、设备情况，有3年采矿工作经验（露天矿尤佳），至少有1年以上直接从事矿山专业技术及管理经验。

5、知识 英语可作为工作语言，通晓非洲某一国家的权证办理流程及相关采矿专业知识，熟练使用三维采矿软件。

6、技能技巧 具备具有矿区规划、矿山开采设计、岩层控制技术及工程设计能力。

7、个人素质 具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及管理能力。

[Job Responsibilities]
Main job:
Responsible for the development and utilization of mineral resources in a mine in an African country and the comprehensive operation and management of the project, and complete the mining and related management functions of the mine and this department.
1. Under the guidance of the deputy general manager of mining, responsible for the development and utilization of mineral resources and the comprehensive operation and management of a mine project in Africa.
1. Timely grasp and supervise the implementation of relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and policy trends of a certain African country and company;
2. Organize discussions on issues related to mining technology of a certain African project, and connect with the African country and its departments. Based on the geology of the mine and the actual production status, preside over the implementation of mining construction design, select appropriate mining methods, and economically reasonable mining and drainage plans;
3. Prepare various technical measures plans for a certain African mining project, analyze, study, and solve various mining technology problems encountered in production, and organize and review various rationalization proposal activities.
2. Participate in the review of the design of a certain African mine, be responsible for organizing the preparation of a mining and stripping technology plan for a certain African mine, and guide the implementation of the mining and stripping plan of the mine.
1. Under the leadership of the deputy general manager of mining, responsible for the mining technology work of a mine in Africa, including but not limited to the overall mining planning of the mining area, the preparation of the mining and stripping plan, good stripping balance, energy saving and consumption reduction, and reduction of mining costs;
2. Responsible for establishing and supervising the safety production system of a mine in Africa, implementing various indicators in the safety production process, and ensuring the safety production of a certain project;
3. Participate in mine safety production inspections, accident investigations, and raise safety and technical issues;
4. Responsible for the monthly summary of the inspection of the work in charge and targeted analysis and arrangement of the next step;
5. Assist in handling production and technical accidents in mining, and be responsible for the sorting and archiving of mining technical information.
3. Responsible for the internal management of mining in a mine in Africa.
1. Responsible for proposing suggestions on the recruitment, training, salary adjustment, promotion, rewards and punishments, and dismissal of subordinate employees of a mining project in Africa;
2. Responsible for target management and performance appraisal of all subordinate employees of a mining project in Africa;
3. Responsible for on-the-job counseling and business training for all subordinate employees of a mining project in Africa, and cultivate and establish an efficient team.
4. Complete the work assigned by the Deputy General Manager of Mining and other leaders.

【Job Requirements】
1. Education level: Bachelor degree or above, junior or above.
2. Major: Mining Engineering.
3. Training experience: Mining management and mine safety management training.
4. Experience: Familiar with the mining technology, development methods, transportation system, mine geology and equipment of African mines, 3 years of mining experience (open-pit mines are preferred), at least 1 year of direct experience in mining professional technology and management.
5. Knowledge: English can be used as a working language, familiar with the certificate application process and related mining expertise of a certain African country, and proficient in the use of 3D mining software.
6. Skills: Possess the ability to plan mining areas, mine mining design, rock control technology and engineering design.
7. Personal qualities: Have strong organization, coordination, communication and management skills.
