销售经理(工作地点:德国/法国/西班牙/意大利/瑞典)

月薪:6000欧元 + 奖金

岗位职责:

  1. 根据公司的整体战略计划和财务目标,识别和开发海外业务机会,以提升市场份额。
  2. 为电动汽车充电器及整体解决方案开发新的销售机会,以推动销售增长。
  3. 维护与现有客户的良好关系,并探索业务增长的机会。
  4. 与客户对齐年度销售目标,逐月监控业绩。
  5. 根据既定的关键绩效指标(KPI),提升公司的收入、盈利能力和现金流。
  6. 针对特定区域提供营销和产品定位策略的建议。
  7. 监控行业趋势和竞争对手的动态。
  8. 参加贸易展览和会议。

岗位要求:

  1. 学士学位。
  2. 至少有3年的电动汽车充电器销售或相关领域的工作经验。
  3. 优秀的谈判、沟通和演讲能力。
  4. 精力充沛、积极进取且富有团队合作精神。
  5. 高度组织能力,具备良好的规划技能。

Sales Manager (Base: Germany/France/Spain/Italy/Sweden)
Monthly Salary: €6000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop business opportunities abroad in line with the Company’s strategic plans and financial objectives to increase market share.
  2. Develop new sales opportunities for EV chargers and comprehensive solutions to grow sales.
  3. Maintain excellent relationships and explore business growth opportunities with existing customers.
  4. Align annual sales targets with customers and monitor performance monthly.
  5. Increase revenue, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIs.
  6. Provide input on marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the territory.
  7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  8. Attend tradeshows and conferences.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. 3 years or more experience in EV charger sales or related fields.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  4. Energetic, highly motivated, and a team player.
  5. Highly organized with good planning skills.
