岗位职责:
- 负责马来西亚分公司人力资源工作的整体管理,包括制定并实施人力资源战略规划、预算、工作计划和行动计划。
- 协助公司领导从零开始建立团队和组织。独立处理招聘协调工作,开发职位档案,创建职位手册并定义职位规范。
- 起草和建立内部管理系统,并根据公司战略规划和实际业务情况,完善管理框架(如薪酬体系、晋升体系和绩效体系)。
- 根据公司的运营需求,制定公司工作流程。
- 支持并参与马来西亚分公司的业务和项目运作,实施总部的管理理念,管理人才发展、组织成长和学习发展。
岗位要求:
- 马来西亚国籍,拥有工商管理、人力资源管理或相关领域的本科或以上学历。精通英语和中文(工作中需要使用这两种语言)。
- 至少5年人力资源管理经验,其中包括3年在中大型工程服务、制造或新能源公司类似职位的经验。具有人力资源业务伙伴(HRBP)经验者优先。
- 掌握六大人力资源模块的全面知识和实践经验,尤其是在招聘、绩效和规划方面具备深厚的专业技能。
- 具有较强的人际沟通能力,具备领导力、公共关系、组织协调能力和在压力下工作的能力。诚实、谨慎、团队合作精神强,具备良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
- 熟练使用常见的办公系统和在线平台。

HR Manager (Malaysia)

Company: Malaysia Branch of a Leading Chinese Manufacturing Company
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall management of human resources work in the Malaysian branch, including the formulation and implementation of HR strategic planning, budgeting, work plans, and action plans.
- Assist company leaders in establishing teams and organizations from scratch. Independently handle recruitment coordination, develop job profiles, create job manuals, and define position specifications.
- Draft and establish internal management systems and improve the management framework (such as compensation systems, promotion systems, and performance systems) based on the company's strategic planning and actual business conditions.
- Develop company workflows in line with the company’s operational requirements.
- Support and contribute to the business and project operations of the Malaysian branch, implementing management concepts from headquarters, and managing talent development, organizational growth, and learning development.
Job Requirements:
- Malaysian citizenship, with a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Proficient in both English and Chinese (both languages are required for the role).
- At least 5 years of human resource management experience, including 3 years in similar positions within medium to large engineering services, manufacturing, or new energy companies. HRBP experience is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in the six major HR modules, with strong expertise in recruitment, performance, and planning.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with proven leadership, public relations, organizational coordination, and the ability to work under pressure. Demonstrates honesty, caution, and a strong team-oriented spirit, along with professional ethics and dedication.
- Proficient in using common office systems and online platforms.
