产品运营(base柬埔寨) 20-30K+

岗位职责:

  1. 负责公司O2O整体产品体系的运营效率和服务效果,确保产品对业务的支持稳定且高效。
  2. 负责产品的日常运营,监控并提升各项运营指标,确保产品持续优化。
  3. 负责业务需求的收集与整理,跟进需求的落地实施,确保业务需求得到有效满足。
  4. 深度体验并分析产品,发现并解决产品运行中的问题,避免问题重复发生,与研发团队紧密合作。
  5. 负责拟定并更新维护系统白皮书、场景配置说明、操作手册等各类运营材料,建立清晰、高效的系统配置流程和规范。
  6. 深度参与客服系统的日常运营,与用户运营、活动运营及各类相关部门紧密沟通,建立系统的产品运营知识体系,并对最终运营效果负责。

任职要求:

  1. 本科及以上学历,3年以上跨境电商、平台电商或O2O相关行业工作经验。
  2. 具备较强的逻辑思维、数据分析能力,对商业有敏锐的洞察力。
  3. 熟悉互联网产品运营流程,了解产品发展各阶段的核心运营任务。
  4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和运营分析能力,目标导向,擅于跨部门和跨职能沟通,能够输出高质量的运营材料并推动机制建设。
  5. 英语能力强,具有海外留学或工作背景者优先考虑。

Product Operations Specialist (Based in Cambodia) 20-30K+

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the operational efficiency and service quality of the company's O2O product system, ensuring stable and effective support for business operations.
  2. Manage daily product operations, monitor and improve various operational metrics to ensure continuous product optimization.
  3. Collect and organize business-side requirements, and follow up on their implementation to ensure that business needs are effectively met.
  4. Conduct in-depth product experience and analysis to identify and resolve issues in product operation, working closely with the R&D team to prevent recurring problems.
  5. Lead the drafting and maintenance of system white papers, scenario configuration guidelines, operation manuals, and other materials, establishing clear and efficient system configuration processes and standards.
  6. Participate deeply in the daily operations of the customer service system, collaborating with user operations, campaign operations, and various product development and management roles to form a comprehensive product operations knowledge base, and be accountable for the final operational outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, platform e-commerce, or O2O-related industries.
  2. Strong logical thinking, data analysis skills, and commercial acumen.
  3. Familiar with the rhythm of internet product operations and have a clear understanding of the core operational tasks at different stages of product development.
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong operational analysis abilities. Goal-oriented, adept at cross-departmental and cross-functional communication, able to produce high-quality operational materials and drive process improvements.
  5. Proficient in English, with preference given to candidates with overseas study or work experience.
